Recently I reached 3000 Pinterest followers, which was pretty exciting! Thank you for following along, I love Pinterest for inspiration / wasting time / turning my brain off, and use it a lot. This week I'm sharing my favourite blues I've found in the big wide world that is Pinterest.
So this project really shouldn't be classed as 'recent' work, but I loved it so much that I still really want to share it with you! When I completed my internship at White magazine a while back, I was lucky enough to not only work with one of the loveliest teams imaginable, but also work on one of the prettiest magazines out there. This is a sample of the editorial layouts that I completed, which were all published in issue 23. (I also designed that advertisement on the back cover for Grace Loves Lace, who makes the most whimsical wedding dresses - I really enjoyed doing that one, and seeing your work on the back cover of one of your favourite magazines is a great feeling!)
I love, love, love this combination of hand painted lettering with a plain, all caps sans serif font. This lovely menu was designed by Julie Song Ink for Olivia and Mike's wedding. I unfortunately couldn't find any other pieces of the wedding suite, but can you imagine? I'm sure they're nothing short of amazing.
